As a trained commercial assistant and foreign correspondence secretary with 10 years' experience in various branches and positions (among others as export clerk, personal assistant, managing director) and considerable personal interest in foreign languages and countries as well as an excellent knowledge of languages and an international family and circle of friends, Heike Garisch decided it was time to take up the reins herself and put her organizational talents to optimum use. In taking this step it was and still is of prime importance to her to overcome existing barriers and to promote a good level of communication.
